Photos on this page are primarily of Operation Beirut, an animal rescue operation for dogs and other animals who were victims of recent bombings in Beirut, Lebanon. Volunteers evacuated many animals, provided veterinary care, and helped to place these unfortunate victims of war in new homes. The two faces at bottom right are rescued dogs Kenzo and Frida.

Also shown is a Military Working Dog — informally known as the K9 or Canine Corps. Military dogs work bravely side by side with soldiers in war zones in the Middle East and elsewhere, guarding bases, detecting explosives, and other tasks.

Dog Wash America's® headquarters and franchise training center in Monrovia supported these causes and others with very successful, targeted fundraisers.
