what skin conditions require special shampoos or conditioners
how to clip nails
how to handle all dogs humanely and safely
how to demat and remove undercoat

As a special touch, after dogs are bathed, brushed, had their ears cleaned and nails clipped, they receive a complimentary, colorful bandana. Dog Wash America® has an array of colorful bandanas that the owner can choose from, or the groomer will pick one to match the personality and gender of the dog — cowboys for the boys and flowers for the girls. It is an inexpensive way to set your shop apart and the owners love it!

While Dog Wash America® is defined by its high standards of grooming, it is also known for the manner in which each dog is handled. All dogs are handled in a safe and humane manner with respect to each dog's individual personality — timid, aggressive, senior dogs, puppies, and first-timers.
